UV work…

I am working on the UV set up of the costume for Jara. I wanted to do mostly sculpting and “bake” the details, but it has grown the file size way too much for my budgeted time; rendering would take too long on the animation.

So, I am going through the process of setting the UV and using any of Photoshop, Pixelmator, Gimp, ArtRage or else to make the texturing, painting and detailing and seeing up the bump maps and details. I am also thinking of setting Jara’s hair in a braided stance so I don’t have to deal with particles or physics in the animation.
